This is Mactar notice how the right shoulder is not as developed as the left.  What has happen here is that the scapula has fallen on this side.  The result of this is a high heel on this side and a low heel on the other.   This is a common problem that has been treated the same way by many farriers and vets for years.  What we did for years was add a wedge to the low foot(left front).  This would raise the shoulder up even higher resulting in less heel growth.  What we did to Mactar is put a small leather pad on the right to even out the scapula's.   By doing this we where able to gain 3 degrees  of heel growth in the left front.
